“RF Best Management Practices”™
This course is specifically designed to compliment the new RSI online
customizable RF safety plan. Participants taking the class, and
utilizing a RF plan, will be well on their way to designing and
developing an RF Safety Program (RFSP). OSHA requires a comprehensive
RF program, to include training. Through RSI’s BMP live course,
and the easy to formulate customized online RF safety plan, attendees
will be armed with the tools necessary to achieve the complete program!
This course meets all requirements for RF safety certification;
and by attending, participants will be able to immediately begin
utilizing the information to develop their programs.
“RF Site Safety Awareness”™
training course provides information of accountability and responsibility
for a safe work site. This training is recommended in order to understand
FCC and OSHA policies and inform employees regarding radiofrequency
radiation and other safety issues. RSI uses real world examples
and experience to bring these issues into focus with appropriate
work practices for the student’s understanding. This is the
first stepping stone for being incompliance with FCC and OSHA regulations.
“RF Train the Trainer”™ course
is what your organization needs in order to competently administer
policies and train employees in industry safety issues. In addition
to meeting RF site safety requirements, the course meets the criteria
for the OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Training course.
After completion, this three-day course allows the attendee to demonstrate
the ability to train employees in a variety of subjects. RSI requires
attendance at a “RF Site Safety Awareness” seminar within
the previous 12 months as a prerequisite to this seminar.
“Advanced RF Train the Trainer” course
is a one-day “intensive” course devoted to advanced
training that not only allows the company to authorize an in-house
trainer, but also includes training materials, class customization,
individualized teaching techniques and required documentation to
meet OSHA’s 29 CFR §1910.268 Telecommunications Standards.
The curriculum is designed to update training credentials for “RF
Train the Trainer?” graduates and give attendees necessary
training assistance. Experienced instructors will demonstrate how
to utilize behavioral based training techniques to teach safe work
practices.
"Telecom Construction Safety”™
course will provide the attendee with a thorough understanding of
the requirements of the various safety issues that OSHA has recently
concentrated on. This course is meant for all employees that install
wireless systems, construct towers, and perform maintenance or any
other activities that can take place at telecommunications sites.
This course will emphasis on those safety hazards that are common
at rooftop or tower communications sites.
“Corporate Compliance and Accountability”™
training is recommended for executive management of large corporations
including legal council and risk management personnel. As management
it is your duty to understand all policies that have been allocated
by your corporation and ensure those policies are implemented correctly
through-out the workforce.
“EH&S General Safety and Fall Protection” This course
is meant for all employees that maintain cell sites, install wireless
systems, construct sites, and perform maintenance or any other activities
that can take place at telecommunications sites. Currently many
carriers are faced with a myriad of safety issues that require awareness
training; this course will cover several areas of general safety
that are potential problems at telecommunications sites. Fall Protection training includes: regulations, standards, fall protection, hazard assessment and safety planning, tools and equipment, climbing, rescuing, lifeline use, maneurvering structures, and more. Students will spend one day in the classroom and one day on the steel.
RF Ultimate Contractor Safety Training AKA Train-the-Trainer™
course is what your organization needs in order to competently administer
policies and train employees in industry specific safety issues
and to become informed regarding carrier and GC EH&S polices.
After completion, this three-day course allows the attendee to demonstrate
the ability to train employees in a variety of subjects. The training
will also supply the attendee with a thorough understanding of the
requirements on various safety issues.
